When you are about to spend your hard earned money on something either as an investment or as a toy, you expect to be offered honest advice, a realistic price & a quality installation – backed by good after sales service if something should go wrong……
Well these days I think this is extremely difficult to find! Whether you need a plumber, plasterer, carpenter or mechanic, you tend to hold off getting the job done because you don’t want to be ripped off or have a shoddy job done. When you do hear by word of mouth about a fantastic tradesman or company that actually care & want to build a great reputation – they’re normally stacked out with work for exactly this reason!
When I purchase a product from the internet or physically from a shop (I don’t mean shampoo or hair gel) – I want the whole “Experience” to be satisfying from start to finish. From Initial contact either by telephone, email or social media, then to confirmation of price and possible completion/installation date. I want continuity and communication from the staff that I’m dealing with. I want to be greeted professionally & handled professionally right to the end. Is this too much to ask for?
