At our HQ

Times have changed and as we constantly evolve, we’ve decided that we will no longer be offering a nationwide installation service from 2025.

We offer so many bespoke products that it has become too technical to ensure that our nationwide installers are all trained effectively and for our strict quality standards to be maintained. This also safeguards you the customer!

For every installation or booking here at our workshop we take a deposit via debit card or bank transfer as commitment from yourselves and allows us to order in vehicle specific equipment that in almost every occasion is non-returnable. Once the equipment has arrived, we will get in touch and offer you various dates to get you booked in.

On the day of the big event, we’ll check you in, complete a walk-round of your vehicle and then we’ll get to work. Once everything is all installed, we’ll do a comprehensive hand-over and go through what we’ve done. We then complete another walk-round and grab a signature.

When you’re happy we’ll take the final payment. Just for your information, we don’t accept credit cards for final balances after installation here at our workshop due to the rising costs associated and because Visa & Mastercard don’t care about the small companies.

We have a comfortable customer lounge here at AIC with working space, relaxing space, coffee machine with a cracking hot chocolate as well as fast secure WIFI and toilet facilities. Sorry, we don’t have a gym or spa sadly…
