CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR HOURS

So we’ve worked really really hard this year and we’re taking some well earned time off!

We’ll be closed from Friday 20th December at 3pm and back on Monday 6th January at 9am!

Any Emails, Contact Forms or Voicemails will be answered on our return. Please allow us 5 working days to catch up on these.

You are more than welcome to place and order during this time but it will be processed and shipped at some point during the first week that we are back! This is depending on stock levels. If there are any issues then we’ll get in touch with you directly.

FAQs

You can find your VIN in the front of the service book or at the bottom of the windscreen on the right hand side (as you look into the vehicle from the outside). Normally found under the wiper arm.

The VIN will look like quite similar to this:
WVWZZZ1JZXW000010
Take care when entering your VIN, for example do not mistake ‘0’ for ‘O’.

The information we require about your vehicle depends on the product, but in general we will always require your registration number.

This allows us to confirm that this part is indeed compatible with your car.

Be aware, we may also ask your for:

  • VIN number (chassis number) – as above
  • Paint colour – e.g. Arctic White
  • What stereo/head-unit is currently fitted
